How RDSC Filing Fees Are Calculated
The Rental Disputes Settlement Centre (RDSC) calculates filing fees based on your annual rent amount as registered in Ejari. The formula is straightforward:
Filing Fee = Annual Rent x 3.5%
However, there are minimum and maximum caps. The minimum filing fee is AED 500 (for annual rents below AED 14,286), and the maximum is AED 20,000 (for annual rents above AED 571,429). This means even tenants with high-value properties pay a reasonable fee.

Knowledge Fee (10%)
This is a government fee calculated as 10% of your filing fee. It supports educational and knowledge initiatives in Dubai.
Innovation Fee (10%)

Can You Get Fee Refunds?
